2009 China International Textile & Apparel Supply Chain Forum
“Quality & Efficiency in Textile & Garment Supply Chain”

To whom it may concern,

In the wake of global financial crisis, the textile and garment industries shall tighten close cooperation and enhance mutual trust along the supply chain.

In order to enhance communication and cooperation between renowned international brands & large international buyers and Chinese textile and garment manufacturers, China Textile Information Center is sponsoring the 2009 Global Textile & Garment Supply Chain Conference in joint hands with other international institutions to create a platform for communication and cooperation along the supply chain in the textile and garment industries.

Global Garment Supply Chain & Color Application Conference was successfully held in Shanghai on Jul.25th, 2008 themed “Color Management in Supply Chain”. As cooperative challenges increase, the Global Textile & Garment Supply Chain Conference “Quality & Efficiency in Textile & Garment Supply Chain” shall be held in Humen Town, Dongguan City in Guangdong Province on Jul.23rd -24th, 2009.

The organizer shall hold a industry chain matching meeting for textile, dying and finishing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta and apparel enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and an exhibition on products and services for all title sponsors, co-organizers and supporters to create a face-to-face communication channel for delegates from the enterprises.

The organizers are inviting more than 500 participants including international textiles and fashion brands, buyers and related delegates from North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Officials from State Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Finance, Development Research Center of State Council and China Textile Industry Association; delegates from renowned international textile and garment enterprises as well as OEM garment enterprises, delegates from retail channels, textile industry service agencies, delegates from textile dyeing and finishing enterprises, garment accessories enterprises and textile & garment equipment manufacturers will also attend.

8. Fees:

(1). Textile enterprises

a． Registration fee: USD 500 (Fee includes stationary, lunch and other expenses)

b． Accommodation: USD 200 dollars/person (for two nights). Participants are free to make their own accommodation arrangements.

(2). Dyestuff, machinery, testing industry and other equipment and services suppliers:

a． Registration fee: USD 800 (extra charge of USD 300 / company for publicity materials, but this charge does not include demonstration expanses. Format for publicity materials shall be standardize by the organizers).

b． Accommodation: Same as above.
